It's always good to know of shops that specialize in Bimmer work. We'll explore a relatively new venture on our April event. And then seek out a BBQ joint that has been in business for 71 years.

We will tour M3THOD Motorworks at 9:30 a.m., 3103 N. Interstate 35, in Round Rock. Arrive a little earlier to visit with everyone before the tour begins. Dr Vanos has expanded into a new building next door and formed M3THOD to specialize in BMW and Mini repair and maintenance, performance upgrades, and track car builds.	Directions to M3THOD We will tour their facility and hear about their various services. We will also get information about vanos repair from Chris, aka Dr. Vanos.

	We will then have a nice country drive to Taylor for lunch at the Taylor Cafe, where World War II vet Vencil Mares has been serving up BBQ since 1948. Same building. Same owner. Same food. Old school. Cash only! We will order off the reasonably priced menu and pay individually. We will arrive before the Saturday lunch crowd. Texas Monthly interview Statesman article
