From there we'll continue south and a little east to Seguin for lunch at the Power Plant. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that served as a grist mill and hydroelectric plant. To speed up ordering, we'll be choosing from a condensed menu.

After lunch, it's about a 20 minute drive to the Pioneer Flight Museum. The museum is dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and reproduction of aircraft and other historical artifacts from the beginning of flight to the early years of WWII. They are a living history museum, and keep as many aircraft, vehicles, and artifacts in working order as they can.
There is no fee for the tour but the museum relies on volunteers and contributions from visitors to operate so please help them out.
