8:00am: Meet at Cabela's Parking Lot (sign waiver)
"Early bird gets the worm: Prize for first signature on the waiver."

8:15am: Driver's Meeting (Welcome new members, confirm radio channels)

8:30am: Depart Cabelas (will be departing via rear exit)

9:30am: Pitstop at Buc-ee's in New Braunfels, Tx

9:50am: Depart Buc-ee's (will be departing same way we drive in)

11:00am: Arrive at Mission San Jose for 11am guided tour.

Known as the "Queen of the Missions", this is the largest of the missions and was almost fully restored to its original design in the 1930s by the WPA (Works Projects Administration). Spanish missions were not churches, but communities, with the church the focus. Mission San José shows the visitor how all the missions might have looked over 250 years ago.
