Spring Fun Rally

What: Tejas Chapter 2008 Fun Rally

When: Registration - 9:30 - 10:00 am; Driver briefing - 10:00am; First car out - 10:30am

Where: Texas Hill Country - West of IH 35

Cost: No entry fee; approx. $15 per person for lunch.

Prizes: 1st - 3rd Experienced, 1st - 3rd Novice, and Dead Last .. But Finished

Directions to Cracker Barrel:

From Austin and San Antonio, Exit 220 IH 35 (Neiderwald/2001)

Go through Cabela's lot and find Cracker Barrell.

Park in the Back (West) lot, behind Cracker Barrell

Come early for breakfast at Cracker Barrell or Taco Bell, or McDonalds.

The rally will take about two hours to run. At the conclusion of the rally we will have lunch at a restaurant-you pay for your own lunch. (Panic packets will be available)

Come with a full tank of gas. A WalMart/Murphy gas station is nearby (premium 93 Octane was $4.09 6/28/08!)

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT

Helpful items to consider:

1. Start the rally - full, full, empty

- full stomach - Cracker Barrell, Taco Bell & McDonald's (in WalMart) are all near by so you can come early and get breakfast.
- full tank of gas - at our starting location, a WalMart/Murphy gas station is nearby. Also, a Shell station is across IH 35 of the East side.
- empty bladder - you get the idea....

2. Bring a camara.

3. Tejas Chapter will carry liability insurance coverage. All participants will need to sign an insurance waiver.
