Hill Country Run

Our December drive promises to be very fun and engaging, taking us down some of the best roads the Texas Hill Country has to offer. All in all, the drive should take about 90 minutes to complete. If you're unfamiliar with the route, I'll bringing a few print outs of the route itinerary.

We're going to meet up at the H.E.B Plus in Leander at 9:30 AM, departing around 10:00 AM.

Once we leave the H.E.B. Plus, we'll head towards Liberty Hill. We’ll ride through the Balcones Canyonlands and take Cow Creek Road to 1431. Once we reach Cedar Park, we'll turn onto Lime Creek road.

We'll finish our drive at the scenic Oasis restaurant overlooking Lake Travis for lunch. There will be plenty of parking available in the garage.

Plan to arrive "Full, Full and Empty". That is, full tank of gas, full stomach, and empty bladder.

Remember to bring two way radios, they are not required but they help a lot. I will be calling out route directions and other traffic information over channel 20, sub channel 3.
