Classic Cars and Wines

Event planned by Mike Sevel

Classic Cars:

  • We meet at the Crestview RV Center in Buda next to Cabela's at 9:00am (get directions)
  • We will spend some time looking at their collection of classic cars (more info)
  • We will have coffee/donuts provided by our host.

  • We then drive to the Wimberley area
  • We will go to a private collector and view his classic cars

Drive:

  • After viewing the classic cars, we will drive to Driftwood
  • The drive route has nice scenery, low traffic - only pretty backroads including Lone Man Mountain Road.

Lunch:

  • We will have lunch at Mandola's Trattoria Lisina about 1:00pm (more info) - gorgeous location and good food.

Wine Tour:

  • After lunch, we will tour Mandola Estate Winery (more info) and receive interesting wine production information and wine tasting after the tour.
  • A tour is a neat additional bonus as it is located in a different building with a wine bar and wine related items section.
