The October in August Fun Rally
Summer 2003 Fun Rally
Event planned by Sandy McConnell
When: August 23, 2003
Where: Fuschak's Barbeque in San Marcos, Exit 205, go east about 1/4 mile on right. (Get Directions)
Time to meet: 9:00am
Drivers meeting: 9:30am
First car out: 10:00am
Cost: $10.00 per car
All participants will need to sign an insurance waiver.Recommended: A driver and a navigator, ie. two people. But there will be plenty of pleasurable driving for a daring solo run, if necessary.
Come with a full, full and empty status. That is full, having had breakfast; full, having filled your gas tank; and empty, having been to the bathroom.
Fuschak's and the Dairy Queen won't be open when we start. There are eating places nearby, and Exxon and Texaco stations nearby.
The Fun Rally will end at a place where we will eat lunch.
