What you ask, is cool about summer afternoons in Texas? Well, a cave of course! Join us for a tour of Boerne's latest & greatest tourist attraction, The Cave Without a Name. Named such because it was said to be too pretty to have a name and designated a National Natural Landmark in 2009, the cave is becoming a not so well-kept secret of Boerne & the hill country. Meet @ 9:00 am in San Marcos at the brand new Chevron on Wonder World Dr. (RR12) near Hunter Road. (get directions) We'll head westbound @ 9:30 am toward Blanco via great back roads for lunch at the Uptown Blanco Restaurant.

This is a NON-binding choice, but will help the restaurant in insuring they have enough of everything. 	Cave Without a Name After lunch we'll make the approximately 45 minute trek via more great back roads over to the cave for our tour. The tour lasts approximately an hour, and the size limit is 25, so it's probable that we'll end up in 2 groups (tours start in 20-30 minute intervals). Be sure to wear shoes with a good grip as the cave floor may be slick in some places, with inclines. (more info)
