- We do not have rooms blocked at La Quinta, so you may book rooms anywhere in Kerrville, but for convenience, recommend somewhere on Sidney Baker Street

- Spend Friday night (24th) and avoid having to drive into Kerrville early on Saturday morning.

- Meet at La Quinta Inn at 9:00am.

- Morning drive

- Lunch on Saturday will be near Utopia. We will have our own private room in a gourmet restaurant, where we will be served a relaxing four course Cordon Bleu lunch. The property is an interesting Provence-Style building, which has a beautiful garden, with an herb garden, and enormous oaks. It also has a large parking area. This is going to be one of the highlights of the event. Lunch will include an appetizer, soup, choice of two main courses, dessert, iced tea, or coffee, and will cost just $15 plus tax and tip.

- Afternoon drive

- Dinner will be at the Comanche Trace Country Club (Locker Room). Menu is pasta dinner, with individual cooking stations with salad bar, dessert and tea/coffee/soft drink. Dinner will be approximately $16 plus tax and gratuity. Cash bar. This is an absolutely fantastic meal that you won't want to miss!!

- Meet at Comanche Trace visitor's center at 9:30am. (Get Directions)

- We will have a Fun Rally in the Kerrville area on Sunday morning.

- After the Fun Rally, we will have lunch as a group. This will be a nice lunch, so avoid a big breakfast.

- Sunday afternoon will be free for a leisurely drive home.
