Starting point: meet in San Marcos at Johnny Carino's restaurant, east parking lot. We will leave at 10:00am sharp!! (Get directions)
- Arrive at 11:00am.
- Great setting, restrooms, parking, retail shop, blooming flowers, and vines.
- The open veranda will be set up for our group.
- Wine tasting is $11 with 9 wines included.
- Owner will explain wines offered and some wine making education.
- Leave 12:30

Wine discounts:
- 3 bottles, 5%
- 6 bottles, 10%
- 12 bottles, 15%
- Arrive at 1:15pm.
- It has a reputation for good food - burgers, cat fish, chicken fried steak, etc.
- Restaurant is in a ramshackle style building and the interior is full of schmaltzy items.
- The restaurant manager requested a general breakdown of food preferences. As an example, if everyone ordered chicken fried steak he would not be able to accomodate everyone. We are asking for you to indicate food preference (in RSVP form) so we can approximate number of each selection, but you could choose a different selection at the restaurant, if available. Selections will not be made in advance under your name.
- Leave 2:30pm.
- Arrive at 3:15pm.
- Fee is $13 for adults and $8 for kids under 12.
- They advise use of casual shoes with good grip as the cave floors can be slick and some inclines must be traversed.
- They will allow up to 50 folks per tour guide.
