10:00 am Official Opening of the German Motor Gathering
11:00 am Judging begins
1:00 pm Special Performance - Sarah McSweeney
2:30 pm Closing and Awards Ceremony
4:00 pm Official close – depart
All entries eligible for judging, awards & hospitality. Swag bag for first 100 entries, 45 set aside as VIP - extra swag.
Pre Registration prices are effective through September 14th, 2019:
• Auto entry $30, $40 after September 14th
• VIP Auto entry $65 includes VIP swag bag, commemorative poster, lawn parking, & custom 8X10 professional photo printed/edited/delivered day of show, limited to first 45 entries only. After September 14th, VIP Auto entry $75 - if still available.
• Motorcycle entry $15, $20 after September 14th

Meet at the Exxon station at 11720 Farm Rd 1826, Austin, TX 78737, 8:30am for departure at 8:45am.
We will cruise through Driftwood, Wimberly, and Kendalia on our way to the square in Boerne. The car show starts at 10am, and we plan to arrive at approximately 10:15am. Once we arrive in Boerne, there is no set schedule or lunch, you’re free to enjoy the cars and the vendors on the square and spend time in downtown Boerne.
Entrants for German Motor Gathering:
The event staging, parking, and setup is from 8am to 10am. You’re on your own to make it to Boerne, and the spectator group will catch up with you when we arrive.
